摘要
提高电能计量装置的计量准确度,是实现电网安全、高效、经济运行的基础。介绍了油田电网新型智能计量装置的应用情况,从环境因素、自身因素、三相负载不平衡因素、人员因素四方面对新型智能计量装置问题产生的原因进行了分析,并分别提出处理措施,进而提高新型智能计量装置的计量准确度。
Improving the measurement accuracy of electric energy metering device is the foundation for achieving safe,efficient,and economic operation of the power grid.The application of a new intelligent metering device in the oilfield power grid was introduced,and the causes of the problem for the new intelligent metering device were analyzed from four aspects of environmental factor,self-factor,three-phase load imbalance factor,and personnel factor.And the corresponding measures were proposed to improve the measurement accuracy of the new intelligent metering device.
