加强检测机构食品检验工作的质量管理

摘要 食品是人们生存所必需的物质,若食品出现质量安全问题,将会对人体健康造成极大的威胁,因此做好食品检验工作非常重要。食品检验工作中,受到诸多因素的影响,食品检验质量及结果会出现一定的偏差。为保证食品检验工作的准确性和有效性,加强检测机构食品检验质量管理意义重大。基于此,本文分析了检测机构食品检验工作现状问题,重点探讨了检测机构食品检验工作质量管理措施。 Food is essential for human survival,if food quality and safety problems,will be a great threat to human health,so it is very important to do a good job in food inspection.In the food inspection work,affected by many factors,the quality and result of food inspection will appear certain deviation,in order to ensure the accuracy and validity of food inspection work,it is of great significance to strengthen the quality management of food inspection.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the status quo of food inspection work in testing organizations,and then focuses on the food inspection quality management measures.
