2020年文山州三七干花监测结果分析

摘要 目的:了解云南省文山州三七干花污染情况,确定危害因素的分布,掌握文山州三七干花的安全状况。方法:按照《2020年云南省食品安全风险监测实施方案》中样品采集要求,在文山州7县(市)采集50件三七干花进行检测。按照《国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册(2020年)》对甲霜灵、腐霉利、铅、镉、总汞和总砷进行检测,按《进出口植物产品中六六六、滴滴涕残留量测定方法磺化法》(SN/T 0145—2010)对六六六、滴滴涕进行检测。结果:2020年文山州监测三七干花样品超标率较高,达到74%,超标项目主要为腐霉利(58%)、甲霜灵(36%)、镉(14%)。结论:三七干花中农药残留腐霉利、甲霜灵和金属镉超标较为严重,应采取措施加以控制。 Objective:To understand the pollution situation of dried flowers of Panax notoginseng in Wenshan Prefecture,determine the distribution of hazard factors,and master the safety status of dried flowers of Panax notoginseng in Wenshan Prefecture.Method:According to the sample collection requirements in the“2020 Yunnan Province Food Safety Risk Monitoring Implementation Plan”,50 pieces of dried flowers of Panax notoginseng were collected from seven counties(cities)in Wenshan Prefecture for testing.According to the“National Food Pollution and Harmful Factors Risk Monitoring Work Manual(2020)”,metalaxyl,humicin,lead,cadmium,total mercury,and total arsenic were tested,and BHC and DDT were tested according to the SN/T 0145—2010.Result:In 2020,the monitoring rate of dried flowers of Panax notoginseng in Wenshan Prefecture exceeded the standard,reaching 74%.The main items exceeding the standard were humuride(58%),metalaxin(36%),and cadmium(14%).Conclusion:Pesticide residues such as humuride,metalaxyl,and cadmium in dried flowers of Panax notoginseng exceed the standard seriously,and measures should be taken to control them.
