摘要
本文借鉴国家标准GB 4789.3—2016中第一法MPN计数法,分析其在食品微生物学检验中的应用和准确性,并提出提高大肠菌群MPN计数法准确性的建议,旨在提升食品微生物学检验的精确性和可靠性,进一步保障人们的健康安全。
In this paper,the first MPN counting method in GB 4789.3—2016 was used to analyze its application and accuracy in food microbiology inspection,and suggestions were put forward to improve the accuracy of coliform MPN counting method,aiming at improving the accuracy and reliability of food microbiology inspection and further guaranteeing people’s health and safety.
