摘要
目前,国内米粉产业正处于快速发展阶段,米粉由于具有营养价值高、味道鲜美、加工简便以及储藏期长的特点,在消费市场具有重大潜力,广受消费者的喜爱。随着鲜湿米粉需求量的不断增加,其生产线日渐趋向于自动化。本文基于鲜湿米粉的工艺流程,研究鲜湿米粉的生产设备,其中包括加工成型设备、散粉与称重一体化设备和包装设备,提出了行业急需解决的问题,并对生产设备的改善进行了展望。
At present,the domestic rice noodle industry is in a stage of rapid development,rice noodles because of its high nutritional value,delicious taste,simple processing,long storage period characteristics,has great potential in the consumer market,widely loved by consumers.With the increasing demand for fresh wet rice noodles,its production line tends to be automated.Based on the process flow of fresh wet rice noodles,this paper studies the production equipment of fresh wet rice noodles,including processing and molding equipment,bulk powder and weighing integrated equipment and packaging equipment,puts forward the urgent problems in the industry,and prospects the improvement of production equipment.
