摘要
微生物会导致食物腐坏变质,引起食品安全问题,因此加强食品微生物检测对确保人们的饮食安全有重要意义。传统的食品微生物检验耗时长、工序繁杂,已无法满足当前食品微生物检验的需要,免疫学技术、PCR技术、电阻抗技术等多种检测技术的投入应用,有效保障了食品安全。本文从食品微生物检验的内涵入手,详细阐述了微生物检测技术在食品检验中的应用,提出了食品微生物检验质量的控制举措,以供食品生产、监管单位相关人士参考。
Microorganisms can cause food spoilage and deterioration,leading to food safety issues.Therefore,strengthening food microbiological testing is of great significance to ensure people’s dietary safety.Traditional food microbiological testing is time-consuming and complex,making it unable to meet the current needs of food microbiological testing.The application of various detection technologies such as immunology,PCR,and electrical impedance effectively ensures food safety.This article starts with the connotation of food microbiological testing,elaborates on the application of microbiological testing technology in food inspection,and proposes measures for controlling the quality of food microbiological testing,for reference by relevant personnel in food production and regulatory units.
