摘要
纳米材料具有优异的物化性能,常被用作钻井液外加剂,改善钻井液滤失造壁性、润滑性、封堵能力及耐高温等性能。本文主要从纳米材料封堵页岩孔隙结构着手,总结了页岩的孔隙结构分布情况及无机纳米材料、纳米聚合物材料和复合纳米材料在页岩钻井液中的应用,浅析了纳米材料在钻井液中的作用机制。针对纳米材料在页岩钻井液中应用存在的问题,提出了亟需深入研究的技术难题。
Nanomaterials,with their excellent physicochemical properties,are often used as additives in drilling fluids to enhance lost cir-culation control,lubricity,sealing ability,and high-temp erature stability.This paper focuses on nanomaterials to seal the pore structure of shale.It summarizes the pore structure distribution of shale and the application of inorganic nanomaterials,nano-polymer materials and composite nanomaterials in shale drilling fluids,and analyzes the mechanism of nanomaterials in drilling fluids.In view of the problems in the application of nanomaterials in shale drilling fluids,the technical difficulties that need to be studied in depth are proposed.
