摘要
CO_(2)捕集、利用和封存被认为是实现“双碳”目标的兜底技术。在传统工业烟气CO_(2)捕集工艺中,第一代液胺吸收技术发展成熟,但存在再生能耗高等问题。本文围绕第二代生物炭基固体胺吸附法,对吸附剂的制备及改性进行了系统的总结分析,着重介绍了生物炭的孔隙结构和表面化学性质与有机胺的作用规律及对合成固体胺CO_(2)吸附性能的影响。此外还展望了生物炭基固体胺在工业烟气CO_(2)捕集的应用前景,旨在为我国固体胺基CO_(2)吸附材料的开发提供助力。
CO_(2)capture,utilization and storage are considered to be the last-resort technology to achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.In the traditional CO_(2)capture process of industrial flue gas,the first-generation technology of liquid amine absorption is mature,but there is a problem of high renewable energy consumption.In this paper,the preparation and modification of biochar were systematically summarized,the effect of pore structure and surface chemical properties of biochar on organic amines and the effect on CO_(2)adsorption performance were also analyzed.In addition,the application prospect of biochar based solid amines in industrial flue gas CO_(2)capture was also discussed,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the development of solid amine-based CO_(2)adsorption.
