工业企业高架源排放对敏感区域的影响特征分析

摘要 本次分析采用ADMS-城市模型对丹阳市重点高架源排放的烟尘、SO_(2)和NO_(x)的扩散特征及其对两个省控站点的全年和四季的浓度贡献水平进行模拟分析,探索企业排放的不同污染物在不同气象条件下扩散影响水平差异,为今后城市制定工业企业建设规划布局,和制定精细化的污染物减排措施方案提供分析思路和技术支撑。分析得出以下主要结论:(1)烟尘对两个敏感点的全年平均贡献浓度分别为0.28μg/m^(3)和0.38μg/m^(3);NO_(x)分别为0.29μg/m^(3)和0.71μg/m^(3);SO_(2)分别为0.11μg/m^(3)和0.1μg/m^(3)。(2)气象条件对于污染物的扩散情况影响十分显著。在制定区域总体的工业企业污染物减排措施时,应考虑本地主导风向特点,分季节对上风向排放量较大的企业制定减排措施。在短期应急减排情形下,可考虑结合当地未来短期气象预报结果,在扩散条件较差时对排放较大的企业的相应工序实施减排措施。(3)在城市规划布局时,污染源与敏感区域或敏感点的布局位置关系十分重要。应尽量将工业企业设立在重点区域的下风向较远处。 There are many scattered industrial plants located in Danyang district in city of Zhenjiang.To study about how the industrial emission affects the local area and the monitoring sites is crucial for providing data support throughout the pollution control strategy making process.An atmospheric dispersion modeling system ADMS-urban was applied to simulate the particles,sulphur dioxide,and nitrogen dioxides dispersion effects from nine industrial plants at the monitoring site surrounding area in order to find out the factors that plays important roles.The conclusions are:(1)The annual average particulate matter concentrations at two sensitive points are 0.28μg/m^(3)and 0.38μg/m^(3);the nitrogen dioxides concentrations are 0.29μg/m^(3)and 0.71μg/m^(3);the sulphur dioxides concentrations are 0.11μg/m^(3)and 0.1μg/m^(3).(2)The sources emission may have severe effects on the sensitive area under certain meteorological conditions,emission reduction measures should be taken when the air diffusion condition worsens and the upwind emission intensity is high according to the short-term weather forecast results.The seasonal meteorological conditions should be considered,when it comes to the make pollution reduction plans towards those major sources at upwind area.(3)It is crucial to locate the major industries at further downwind site when making the city planning.
