摘要
絮凝剂作为固液分离的辅料之一,在湿法炼锌中发挥着重要作用,传统湿法炼锌生产过程中使用3号絮凝剂,当前随着生产供给水平不断提升,人们发现了更多可以用作絮凝剂的材料,使用效果也优于3号絮凝剂。对此,本文分析了两种不同絮凝剂在湿法炼锌中的实践应用,经过试验以及对试验结果的研究得出以下结论:对于含硅量较少的原料,采用3号絮凝剂即可保证其正常运行;对于含硅量高的原料,应该与骨胶混配,以增强其对硅粉的吸收作用,从而达到提高生产效率、降低企业生产成本的目的。
Flocculants,as one of the auxiliary materials for solid-liquid separation,play an important role in zinc hydrometallurgy.In the tra-ditional zinc hydrometallurgy production process,No.3 flocculant is used.With the continuous improvement of production supply level,more materi-als that can be used as flocculants have been discovered,and the use effect is also better than No.3 flocculant.In this regard,this article analyzes the practical application of two different flocculants in zinc hydrometallurgy.Through experiments and research on the experimental results,the follow-ing conclusions are drawn:for raw materials with low silicon content,using No.3 flocculant can ensure their normal operation;For raw materials with high silicon content,they should be mixed with bone glue to enhance their absorption of silicon powder,thereby improving production efficiency and reducing production costs for enterprises.
