浅析成渝双城经济圈中毗邻地区生态环境应急管理的问题与对策——以2018—2021年遂宁市生态环境应急为例

Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of Ecological Environment Emergency Management in the Adjacent Areas of Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle——A Case Study of Suining City’s Environmental Emergency Management in 2018—2021

成渝地区因为特殊的地理地形结构,生态环境应急形势严峻,尤其是毗邻地区生态环境应急管理工作任重道远。本文以2018年—2021年遂宁市环境应急管理工作为例,浅析生态环境应急存在的问题,建议以流域经济发展为基础,增强基层生态环境应急能力,加强协同治理,共建生态屏障。

Due tothe special geographical and topographical structure,theecologicalenvironment emergency situation in Chengdu-Chongqing region is severe,especially the ecological environment emergency management in the adjacent areas has a long way to go.Taking Suining City’s environmental emergency management work from 2018 to 2021 as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the ecological environment emergency,and suggests that based on the economic development of the river basin,strengthen the grass-roots ecological environment emergency capacity,strengthen collaborative governance,and jointly build ecological barriers.
