摘要
振动筛分设备在选煤厂大量应用,而传统振动筛由于采用钢制螺旋弹簧存在阻尼减振效果差,导致振动筛筛体寿命短、厂房噪音大。针对选煤厂振动筛容易出现疲劳振动破坏,提出了用空气弹簧替换原本钢簧的改造方案,并研究振动筛的力学模型和疲劳破坏机理,研究了空气减振系统的频率特性、刚度特性和阻尼特性。结论发现空气弹簧减振系统能有效避免振动筛产生共振,减小振动筛振动最剧烈的启停阶段的振幅,延长振动筛的使用寿命。
Vibrating screen equipment is widely used in coal preparation plants,but the traditional vibrating screen has poor damping effect due to the use of steel coil spring,which leads to short life of the vibrating screen and loud noise in the workshop.Aiming at the problems that vibrat-ing screen in coal preparation plant is easy to be damaged by fatigue vibration,a reform scheme of replacing the original steel spring with air spring is put forward,and the mechanical model and fatigue failure mechanism of vibrating screen are studied,and the frequency characteristics,stiffness characteristics and damping characteristics of air vibration damping system are studied.It is found that the air spring damping system can effective-ly avoid resonance of the vibrating screen,reduce the amplitude of the most intense starting and stopping stage of the vibrating screen,and extend the service life of the vibrating screen.
