摘要
以木质素和3-溴丙炔为原料进行亲核取代反应,利用红外光谱对制备的烷基化木质素化学结构进行了表征,探讨了反应用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对烷基化木质素性质的影响。结果表明:在0.5mol/L NaOH水溶液体系,时间为2.5h,反应温度80℃,木质素中的酚羟基与3-溴丙炔的摩尔比为1:2,得到的产品烷基化率较高,收率达到了90%。
With lignin and 3-bromo-1-propyne as raw material to carry on the nucleophilic substitution reaction,using infrared spectrum for the preparation of the alkylation of lignin chemical structure characterization,this paper discusses dosage,reaction temperature,reaction time factors influence on alkylation properties of lignin,and optimize the conditions for preparation of alkylation lignin.Conclusions:The optimal conditions of nucleophilic substitution reaction were 0.5 mol/L NaOH aqueous solution,time 2.5 h,reaction temperature 80℃,and the molar ratio of phenolic hydroxyl group to 3-bromoproparyne in lignin was 1:2.Under these conditions,the alkylation rate of the product was higher and the yield reached 90%.
