江苏省数字贸易发展水平测度及对策研究

Research on the Measurement and Countermeasures of the Development of Digital Trade in Jiangsu Province

随着全球迈入数字经济时代,新一代信息技术的蓬勃发展造就了新型的贸易方式,数字贸易被越来越多的国家重视,成为拉动全球贸易增长的新引擎。江苏省是数字经济大省,也是服务贸易大省。本文梳理了数字贸易的概念与内涵,并通过构建指标体系的方法,选取5个一级指标、17个二级指标,运用熵值法对江苏省2013—2021年的数字贸易发展水平进行测度。结果表明,整体发展态势良好,指数呈不断增长趋势,但与其他数字贸易大省相比仍存在一些不足,对此本文对江苏省数字贸易未来的发展提出相关建议,以供参考。

As the world enters the era of the digital economy,the vigorous development of the new generation of information technology has created a new type of trade model;digital trade has been increasingly valued by more countries,and has become a new engine to pull the growth of global trade.Jiangsu Province is a large province of digital economy and also a large province of service trade.In this paper,the concept and connotations of digital trade are sorted out,and the entropy method is applied to measure the development of digital trade in Jiangsu Province from 2013 to 2021 by constructing an indicator system with five first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators.The results show that the overall development trend is good and the index is growing,but there are still some shortcomings compared with other big provinces in terms of digital trade.In this regard,this paper puts forward suggestions on the future development directions of digital trade in Jiangsu Province for reference.
