摘要
新型城镇化与绿色技术创新耦合协调发展对黄河流域高质量发展具有重要实践价值。本文探讨黄河流域新型城镇化与绿色技术创新发展情况,运用SBM超效率模型与耦合协调度模型、Dagum基尼系数测算2012—2021年黄河流域九省区各系统发展水平和耦合协调度并分析时空差异。结果表明:各省的新型城镇化与绿色技术创新的耦合协调度呈逐年上涨趋势,耦合协调度整体差异逐年缩小。黄河流域各省应持续加强联系,发挥地方优势,不断提升新型城镇化水平与绿色技术创新效率的提高,加强两者耦合协调发展。
The coupling coordination development of new urbanization and green technology innovation has important practical values for the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.To explore the development of new urbanization and green technology innovation in the Yellow River Basin,the SBM super-efficiency model and the coupling coordination degree model,Dagum Gini coefficient are used to measure the development level and coupling coordination degree of each system in nine provinces and regions of the Yellow River Basin from 2012 to 2021 and analyze the spatial and temporal differences.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and green technological innovation in each province shows a rising trend year by year,and the overall difference in the coupling coordination degree decreases year by year.The provinces in the Yellow River Basin should continue to strengthen the connection,give full play to the local advantages,and continuously improve the level of new urbanization and the efficiency of green technology innovation,to strengthen the coupling coordination development of the two.
