摘要
目的以Orem自理理论为指导 ,探讨糖尿病病人经健康教育后能否准确计算及进食饮食。方法对 82例糖尿病病人进行饮食指导 ,比较指导前后其认知行为、血糖变化和不同性别、年龄、文化程度病人对饮食指导的理解能力。结果病人认知行为较指导前显著提高 ,血糖较指导前显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。不同文化程度、年龄病人对饮食指导理解能力差异有显著性意义 (均P <0 .0 5 )。结论对糖尿病病人应进行正确的饮食指导 ,注重提高病人的自护能力。
Objective Under the guidance of Orem self care theory, to investigate the individual calculation of diet uptake of the diabetic patients after healthy eduction. Methods Eighty two cases of diabetic mellitus were instructed in diet uptake. The cognitive behaviors, blood glucose change and the understandings of the patients with different sexes, ages and educational levels to diet instruction were compared before and after healthy education. Results The cognitive behaviors of the patients were significantly improved as compared with those before healthy education and blood glucose obviously decreased ( P <0.05). There was significant difference in the understandings of the patients with different sexes and ages to diet instruction (both P <0.05). Conclusion It is necessary for the diabetic patients to receive diet instruction and increase the ability of self care.
