真武汤治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床研究及安全性评估

Clinical Study and Safety Evaluation of Zhenwu Decoction in Treating Chronic Heart Failure

目的 观察真武汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法 依据随机数字表法将医院2021年3月—2022年3月收治的CHF患者80例分为2组,各40例。对照组实施常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以真武汤加减治疗,连续治疗1个月。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、6 min步行距离、心功能指标及安全性评估情况。结果 与对照组治疗总有效率比较,试验组高(P<0.05);2组治疗后中医证候积分降低,6 min步行距离延长,且与对照组相比,试验组中医证候积分低,6 min步行距离长(P<0.05);2组治疗后BNP水平、LVESD、LVDED降低,LVEF升高,且与对照组相比,观察组BNP水平、LVESD、LVDED低,LVEF高(P<0.05);治疗期间未出现严重不良反应。结论 真武汤加减治疗CHF效果较佳,可促进患者心功能、中医证候及体征的改善,提高运动耐力,且安全性高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Zhenwu decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods According to the random number table method,80 patients with CHF admited to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment,while the observation group was given Zhenwu decoction on the basis of the control group for I month.The clinical effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,6-minute walking distance,cardiac function indexes and safety assessment were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was decreased and the 6-min walking distance was extended,and the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was lower and the 6-min walking distance was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of BNP,LVESD and LVDED in the 2 groups decreased,and LVEF increased,and compared with the control group,the level of BNP,LVESD and LVDED in the observation group was lower,and LVEF was higher(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion Zhenwu decoction is effective in the treatment of CHF can promote the improvement of heart function,TCM symptoms and signs,improve exercise endurance,and has high safety.
