血府逐瘀汤治疗脑梗死疗效及对血栓弹力图的影响

The Therapeutic Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction and Its Influence on Thromboelastogram

目的初步验证血府逐瘀汤加减对脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法符合标准的60例患者被随机分为观察组(中西药)、对照组(西药),分析治疗前后2组的量表评分、测血栓弹力图数据。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后较治疗前血栓弹力图K值、R值均有所升高(P<0.05),而α角、CI及MA值均有所降低(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血栓弹力图的K值、CI间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);α角、MA值、R值间的差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论血府逐瘀汤加减能减轻中风患者的临床症状,改善患者的高凝状态,且优于单纯西药组。

Objective To preliminarily verify the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients who met the standard were randomly divided into the observation group(traditional Chinese and Western medicine)and the control group(Western medicine).The score of the scale and the data of thromboelastogram were analyzed before and after the treatment.ResultsAfter treatment,the total clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,K and R values of thrombus elastogram were increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),whileαAngle,CI and MA values were decreased(P<0.05).The K value and CI of thrombus elastogram were different between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Theαangle,MA value and R value were significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can alleviate the clinical symptoms of stroke patients and improve their hypercoa gulability,and is superior to the western medicine group.
