补阳还五汤对老年缺血性脑卒中的影响

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Senile Ischemic Stroke

目的探究补阳还五汤对老年缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能及炎症因子水平的影响。方法筛选安泽县医疗集团和川中心卫生院2020年5月—2022年3月收治的72例老年缺血性脑卒中患者,随机分为2组,各36例,比较2组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的各项康复评分及神经功能评分都优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项炎性因子水平、并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年缺血性脑卒中患者采取补阳还五汤治疗,可改善神经功能和认知功能,减轻炎症反应,提高自理能力,且并发症较少,安全可行。

Objective To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction on the nervous function and inflammatory factor level in elderly patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 72 elderly patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Anze County Medical Group and Sichuan Central Hospital from May 2020 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 36 patients in each group.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation scores and neurological function scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The inflammatory levels and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction on the nervous function and inflammatory factor level in elderly patients with ischemic stroke can improve neural function and cognitive function,reduce inflammatory reaction,improve self-care ability,has fewer adverse complications,and is safe and feasible.
