Discussion on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Management Mode of Islet Reactivation Based on State Identification

糖尿病会对国家、社会造成沉重的经济负担,其管理方式亟待加强并优化。近年来,越来越多的研究表明糖尿病具有可逆转性,糖尿病的缓解(逆转)与改善胰岛素抵抗和高胰岛素血症、降低高糖毒性以及胰岛β细胞的去分化、转分化等相关。数量庞大且西医干预较局限的糖尿病前期人群是逆转关键,糖尿病期患者是挑战。中医可发挥其良好的临床疗效和切实可行的优势,通过精准把握干预时机,实行以“状态辨识”为核心的中医健康管理,对人体的健康进行整体的、动态的、个性的管理,将是防治糖尿病、实现“胰岛复能”的重要方式,最终达到缓解(逆转)糖尿病的目的。

Diabetes is a serious economic burden of the country and society,and its management needs to be strengthened and optimized.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that diabetes can be reversed.Remission(reversal)of diabetes mellitus is associated with improvement of insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia,reduction of hyperglucotoxicity,and dedifferentiation and trans differentiation of isletβcells.The large number of pre-diabetic population with limited intervention of Western medicine is the key to reverse,while the diabetic patients are the challenge.Traditional Chinese medicine can give full play to its good clinical efficacy and practical advantages,through the accurate grasp of intervention opportunities,the implementation of“state identification”as the core of traditional Chinese medicine health management,the overall,dynamic and individual management of human health will be an important way to prevent and control diabetes,achieve“islet reactivation”,and ultimately achieve the purpose of alleviating(reversing)diabetes.
