前列腺癌是一个免疫“冷肿瘤”,研究已证实单一的免疫治疗对其疗效不佳。目前正在开发基于免疫治疗的联合治疗,主要机制包括增加肿瘤抗原提呈能力、激活先天免疫通路、调节肿瘤微环境、上调程序性死亡配体1的表达以及免疫治疗的反馈增益作用。通过将一线治疗如新型内分泌治疗、放疗、化疗、多腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶抑制剂与免疫治疗相结合,以及免疫检查点抑制剂(ICI)与ICI或肿瘤疫苗的联合治疗,能够增加治疗潜力,为前列腺癌患者提供更多的治疗方案。

Prostate cancer is an immunologically cold tumor,and research has confirmed that single-agent immunotherapy has limited effect on it.Currently,combination therapies based on immunotherapy are being developed,which primarily involve increasing tumor antigen presentation,activating innate immune pathways,modulating the tumor microenvironment,upregulating the expression of programmed deathligand 1,and leveraging the feedback amplification of immunotherapy.By combining first-line treatments such as new endocrine therapy,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,and poly(ADP-ribose)poly-merase inhibitors with immunotherapy,as well as the combination of immue checkpoint inhibitors(ICI)with ICI or tumor vaccines,treatment potential can be increased and more treatment options can be provided for prostate cancer patients.
