探析《神农本草经》中妇科常见疾病用药规律

Discussion on the Application Rules of Therapeutic Drugs in Shennong Bencao Jing Based on Common Gynecological Diseases

《神农本草经》是中国现存最早的本草学专著,该书简要赅备地论述了中药的性质特点、四气五味、辨证用药原则等基本理论。《神农本草经》记载了大量中医妇科常见疾病的病种及其治疗药物,这对中医妇科临床常见疾病的辨证用药产生了重要影响。此文基于中医妇科临床常见疾病,对《神农本草经》中妇科疾病不同病种及同一病种的治疗药物应用规律进行浅探,期对中医妇科常见疾病治疗药物的选用提供思路。

Shennong Bencao Jing is the earliest extant monograph of materia medica in our country.This book briefly and comprehensively discusses the basic theories of the nature and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,the four qi and five flavors,and the principle of dialectical medication.Shennong Bencao Jing recorded a large number of common gynecological diseases and their therapeutic drugs,which had an important impact on the dialectical medication of common gynecological diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the common gynecological diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper makes a brief exploration of the application rules of therapeutic drugs for different and the same gynecological diseases in Shennong Bencao Jing,in order to help the selection of drugs for common gynecological diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
