浅析大柴胡汤辨治老年心衰

Dachaihu Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Heart Failure Based on Syndrome Differentiation

心衰病为心血管系统重症疾病,可对患者的生命安全造成严重的威胁。大柴胡汤出自《伤寒杂病论》,全方组方精简,具有“和解少阳,清泄阳明”之效,为主治少阳阳明合病的经典方剂,临床应用较为广泛,且治疗多种疾病均有着良好的疗效。此文探讨了老年心衰病的中医病机特点及大柴胡汤的组方理论,同时对大柴胡汤加减在老年心衰病治疗中的应用进行分析,以期为大柴胡汤加减辨治老年心衰病提供理论依据。

Heart failure disease is a serious disease of the heart,which can cause a serious threat to the life safety of patients.Dachaihu decoction comes from Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases.It has the effect of“relieving shaoyang and clearing yangming”.It is a classic prescription for the treatment of shaoyang with yangming diseases,and has been widely used in clinical practice.This paper discusses the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of senile heart failure and the prescription theory of Dachaihu decoction,and analyzes the application of Dachaihu decoction in the treatment of elderly heart failure,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of senile heart failure based on syndrome differentiation.
