基于中医经典理论“阳化气,阴成形”,认为肺结节的形式与“阳化气”不足,“阴成形”太盛息息相关。其核心病机是阳气不足,失于温煦、推动,以致痰湿、瘀血等有形实邪蕴结于肺脏形成结节。治疗以调和阴阳为基本原则,温阳化气,散结消阴,同时调畅气机、疏肝解郁,重视肺结节患者的情志调节。临床诊疗中获得确切疗效。附医案1则,以资验证。

Based on the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine“yang transforming qi and yin constituting the body”,it is believed that formation of lung nodules are closely related to the deficiency of“yang transforms qi”and the excess of“yin constituting the body”.Its core pathogenesis is the insufficiency of yang qi,the loss of warming and pushing,so that the bad dampness,blood and other tangible pathogenic factors are accumulated in lung to develop to lung nodules.The basic principle of treatment is to reconcile yin and yang,warming yang to dissipate qi,dispersing knot to eliminate yin,and regulating qi,relying the liver and relieving depression,paying attention to emotional regulation of patients with lung nodules.The exact effect in clinical diagnosisis already obtained.A medical record is attached for verification.
