热敏灸结合刺络放血治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Thermal Moxibustion Combined with Pricking and Bloodletting Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的探讨热敏灸配合放血疗法与单纯针刺疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年10月赣州市人民医院收治的腰椎间盘突出患者60例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例。研究组给予热敏灸结合刺络放血疗法,对照组给予普通针刺疗法,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组的治愈率、总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。2组患者治疗后主观症状均有改善,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05;2组患者临床体征有所改善,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05;其中研究组的日常生活能力明显明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论热敏灸结合刺络放血疗法与普通针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出均有较为满意的疗效,但热敏灸结合刺络放血疗法效果更为显著,能更好地减轻患者临床症状,提高日常生活能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thermal moxibustion combined with pricking and bloodletting therapy and simple acupuncture therapy on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The study group was given thermal moxibustion combined with pricking and bloodletting therapy,and the control group was given ordinary acupuncture therapy.The clinical effect between the two groups were compared.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The subjective symptoms were improved in both groups after treatment,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical signs of the two groups were improved,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and the daily living ability of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both thermal moxibustion combined with bloodletting therapy and ordinary acupuncture have satisfactory effect in the treatment of lumbar shoulder disc herniation,but the effect of thermal moxibustion combined with pricking and bloodletting therapy is more significant,which can better relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the ability of daily life,and is worthy of clinical application.
