脊柱平衡推拿法配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Clinical Study of Spinal Balance Massage Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨脊柱平衡推拿法联合针刺在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法在漳州市芗城中医院2019年8月—2021年8月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者中选取80例,按照随机数字表法分为2组。研究组(40例)采用脊柱平衡推拿手法联合针刺疗法,对照组(40例)采用针刺疗法,对比2组腰椎功能、腰椎活动度、疼痛程度、中医证候评分及临床疗效。结果2组治疗前日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、功能障碍指数(ODI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后JOA评分高于对照组,ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前视觉疼痛模拟评分法(VSA)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周、治疗1个月研究组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腰椎间盘突出症患者中应用脊柱平衡推拿法联合针刺治疗能够显著改善腰椎功能。

Objective To explore the application effect of spinal balance massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in Xiangcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from August 2019 to August 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The study group(40 cases)used spinal balance massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the control group(40 cases)used acupuncture and moxibustion.The lumbar function,lumbar mobility,pain degree,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in treatment score(JOA)and dysfunction index(ODI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,JOA score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and ODI score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual pain simulation score(VSA)between the two groups(P>0.05).VAS score of the study group after 2 weeks and 1 month of treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of study group was lower than that of control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of spinal balance massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve lumbar function.
