浅谈中药配方颗粒的医院管理

Discussion on the Management of Chinese Medicine Formula Granule

目的探讨中药配方颗粒在医疗机构的管理,为医院配方颗粒管理提供一定借鉴和参考。方法结合医院中药配方颗粒的日常管理,从医院管理体系建立,阐述配方颗粒在医院采购、验收、库存与养护、调剂、合理使用、人员管理等规范。结果中药配方颗粒有别于传统中药饮片,其管理也有其特殊性。结论目前,中药配方颗粒在医院的管理尚无统一标准,药师需要结合工作实际,不断进行完善,提升配方颗粒管理水平。

Objective To explore the management of Chinese medicine formula granules in medical institutions,and provide some reference for the management of hospital formula granules.Methods Combining with the daily management of Chinese medicine formula granules in hospitals,this paper expounds the norms of procurement,acceptance,inventory and maintenance,adjustment,rational use and personnel management of formula particles in hospitals from the establishment of hospital management system.Results Different from traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,the management of Chinese medicine formula granule has its particularity.Conclusion At present,there is no unified standard for the management of f Chinese medicine formula granule in hospitals.Pharmacists need to constantly improve the management level of formula particles based on the actual work.
