筋针经筋平刺法在面瘫病急性期中的应用

The Application of tendon needle Horizontal Insertion of Needle Method in Acute Stage of Facial Paralysis

目的论述筋针经筋平刺法,为其在面瘫病急性期的治疗提供理论依据及方法,以指导临床。方法根据中医基础理论,从面瘫病的病因、病机、临床分期及治疗研究概况等方面,探讨针灸治疗在面瘫病急性期中应用的合理性,同时结合筋针经筋平刺法的理论基础及操作方法,分析其在面瘫病急性期的应用。结果筋针经筋平刺法运用筋针疗法理论,在面部相应的经络循行筋经上,进行筋穴平刺、无感得气,可以达到以知为数般的疗效。结论筋针经筋平刺法在面瘫病急性期中的应用中具有有效性,能减轻症状、缩短病程、减少后遗症发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the method of tendon needle horizontal insertion of needle method,so as to provide theoretical basis and method for the treatment of facial paralysis in the acute stage and to guide clinical practice.Methods According to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the rationality of the application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the acute stage of facial paralysis was discussed from the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical stages and treatment research situation of facial paralysis.Meanwhile,the application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the acute stage of facial paralysis was analyzed based on the theoretical basis and operation method of tendon needle horizontal insertion of needle method.Results Using the theory of tendon acupuncture therapy,the acupuncture points were punctured on the corresponding meridians and collaterals of the face,and the qi was not felt,which could achieve the curative effect.Conclusion The tendon needle horizontal insertion of needle method is effective in the application of facial paralysis in the acute stage,which can reduce symptoms,shorten the course of disease,reduce the occurrence of sequelae,and is worthy of clinical application.
