真武汤治疗肾病综合征研究进展

Research Progress on the Mechanism and Compatible Components of Zhenwu Decoction in the Treatment of Nephrotic Syndrome

肾病综合征(NS)是指以大量蛋白尿(蛋白尿≥3.5 g/d)、低蛋白血症(血浆蛋白<30 g/L)、水肿、高血脂等为主要表现的一组临床综合征。真武汤为张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中温阳利水的代表方,临床上常用于治疗NS。此文主要对真武汤及其配伍药物有效成分治疗NS的药理作用机制进行综述,以期为临床治疗NS提供更全面的理论基础和新思路。

Nephrotic syndrome is a group of clinical syndrome characterized by severe proteinuria(≥3.5 g/d),hypoproteinemia(plasma protein<30 g/L),hyperlipidemia and edema.Zhenwu decoction is the representative prescription of warming yang and promoting diuresis in Zhang Zhongjing’s Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and is often used in clinical treatment of nephrotic syndrome.This article mainly reviews the existing research on the effective components of Zhenwu decoction and its combination drugs in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome,in order to provide a more comprehensive theoretical basis and new ideas for the clinical treatment of nephrotic syndrome.
