帕金森病中医病机及针灸辨治探讨

Discussion on Pathogenesis of Traditional Chinese Medicine and dialectical treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion in Parkinson's disease

帕金森病(PD)是以震颤、肌肉强直、运动迟缓与姿势步态异常为主要临床表现的运动障碍疾病,属中医“颤证”范畴,目前临床中医、西医对于发病机制的阐释不尽相同,认识尚不统一,且治疗方法众多,疗效参差不齐。本文主要从PD中西医发病机制的相关性入手,借鉴西医,佐证中医病机理论,进而明确本病的中医基本病机,同时探讨不同针灸疗法在PD中的治疗效果,为后世学者进行相关临床研究提供参考。

Parkinson's disease(PD)is a movement disorder with tremor,muscle rigidity,bradykinesia and abnormal posture and gait as the main clinical manifestations,and it belongs to the category of“tremor syndrome”in traditional Chinese medicine.At present,traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine have different interpretations of its pathogenesis,and their understandings are not unified.Moreover,there are many treatment methods and different curative effects.This paper mainly starts with the correlation between the pathogenesis of PD in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and draws lessons from western medicine to corroborate the theory of traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis,and then clarifies the basic pathogenesis of PD in traditional Chinese medicine,and also explores the therapeutic effects of different acupuncture and moxibustion therapies on PD so as to provide reference for future scholars to carry out relevant clinical researches.
