介绍孙玉信教授运用清肠六法治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验。孙老师认为浊瘀阻滞、肠络不通为溃疡性结肠炎的基本病机,治疗首要以澄本,遵循病变各时期病因、病机的不同,灵活运用清热化湿清肠法、祛风解毒清肠法、活血化瘀清肠法、温阳建中清肠法、涤浊祛湿清肠法、补气养阴清肠法,临证活用清肠六法之主方、主药,以达培养气血、运通肠络之功,以此对溃疡性结肠炎进行治疗,临证取效颇佳。

This paper introduces Professor Sun Yuxin's experience in using the six methods of colon cleansing in the treat-ment of ulcerative colitis.Prof.Sun believes that turbidity stasis blockage and intestinal network failure are the basic pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis,and the treatment is mainly based on clarity,following the different causes and pathogenesis of each period of the lesion,flexibly using the method of clearing heat and moisturizing the intestines,dispelling wind and detoxifying the intes-tines,activating blood and removing stasis and clearing the intestines,the method of cleansing the intestines in warm yang Jianzhong,the method of removing turbidity and removing dampness and cleansing the intestines,the method of tonifying qi and nourishing the yin and clearing the intestines.The main prescription and medicine of the six methods of clearing the intestines are used flexibly in clinical practice to achieve the function of cultivating qi and blood and dredging the intestinal collaterals,so as to treat ulcerative colitis with good clinical effect.
