摘要 基于水-气关系对分消走泄法进行探析。其一,阐述分消走泄法的渊源和形成。其二,基于水和气的关系,分析分消走泄法如何通过调节人体水液代谢和气机运行来治疗湿热病,结合脏腑特性,探讨该治法中的用药考量。并分析张仲景“温药以和之”到叶天士“通阳不在温,而在利小便”治湿思想的演化,讨论治疗湿热病仍佐以温脾药的考虑。其三,探讨分消走泄法治疗湿热病的思路,解析该法以淡渗利湿和苦能燥湿为主,而不以风能胜湿的缘由。其四,通过病案举隅,探讨分消走泄法的临床应用要点。 Based on the relationship between water and Qi,this paper analyzes the method of water dissipation and drainage.First,it expounds the origin and formation of the method of Fen-xiao-zou-xie.Secondly,based on the relationship between water and Qi,this paper analyzes how to treat dampness-heat disease by regulating the metabolism of water and fluid and the movement of Qi in the human body,and discusses the drug considerations in this method in combination with the characteristics of zangfu or-gans.The paper also analyzes the evolution of Zhang Zhongjing's idea of"warming the spleen by warming the medicine"to Ye Tianshi's idea of"not warming the yang,but facilitating urination"to treat dampness,and discusses the consideration of using spleen warming medicine to treat dampness-heat disease.Third,discuss the idea of the treatment of dampness-heat disease with the method of Fen-xiao-zou-xie,and analyze the reason why the method is mainly based on Danshenlishi and dispelling damp-ness with bitter and warm-natured drugs,rather than wind energy.Fourth,through the case study,to explore the clinical applica-tion of the method.
