补脾化痰汤治疗慢性咽炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Chronic Pharyngitis with Bupi Huatan Decoction

目的:探讨补脾化痰汤治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果。方法:选择2016年1月至2018年6月我院收治的慢性咽炎患者86例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上联合补脾化痰汤进行治疗,比较两组疗效,分析对患者临床症状、炎症因子、免疫功能的影响,记录术后复发情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率95.35%显著高于对照组76.74%(P<0.05);治疗后两组言多咽痛、咽部黏膜充血、咽干少津、干咳症状积分均显著降低,且观察组治疗后以上症状积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均显著降低,且观察组治疗后CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)占比均显著升高,CD8^(+)占比均显著降低,且观察组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均显著高于对照组,CD8^(+)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,两组复发率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后6个月及12个月观察组复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补脾化痰汤治疗慢性咽炎的疗效确切,可显著改善患者临床症状,降低机体炎性反应及复发率,提高机体免疫功能,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Bupi Huatan Decoction in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Meth-ods:Eighty-six patients with chronic pharyngitis in our hospital from January 2016to June 2018were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,43cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine while the observation group was treated with Bupi Huatan Decoction on the basis of the treatment for control group.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.The impact on clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors and immune function was analyzed,and recurrence after surgery was recorded.Results:The re-sponse rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(95.35%vs 76.74%)(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of pharyngalgia,pharyngeal mucosal hyperemia,dry throat and dry cough in both groups were significantly decreased,and the scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in both groups were significantly decreased,and the levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportions of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were significantly increased,and the proportion of CD8*was significantly decreased.CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8*in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the con-trol group,and CD8*was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups at 3months after treatment(P>0.05).The recurrence rates of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 6months and 12months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bupi Huatan Decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.It can significantly relieve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory response and recurrence rate,and improve immune function.
