校长领导力培养路径创新——美国“上谷教育工作者学院”教育领导力项目探析

Principal Leadership Development Pathway Innovation——Exploring the Educational Leadership Program at the Upper Valley Educators Institute

摘要 在21世纪以来的教师培养综合改革、美国基础教育朝向结果公平转变以及教师教育解制思潮兴起的背景下,校长在提升学校质量和让学生学业获得成功方面的作用日益为社会所关注,校长卓越领导力的培养也成为美国教育改革的焦点问题之一。美国上谷教育工作者学院在教育领导力培养方面的创新与变革走在了世界的前列,它不仅是美国近年新建的新教育研究生院之一,而且在校长及教育领导者的培养和培训方面具有较大影响力。上谷教育工作者学院以实习反思为基础,建立了教育工作者网络,实施基于实践的行动研究课程,提供个性化支持和学术服务,形成了重领导能力和实践成果、鼓励合作探究、提供后续发展弹性空间的校长培养路径。这对于我国当前教育领导者培养的改革具有一定的借鉴意义。 In the context of comprehensive reforms in teacher education since the 21st century,the shift towards equitable outcomes in American basic education,and the emergence of the movement to dismantle traditional models of teacher education,the role of principals in improving school quality and ensuring students'academic success has been increasingly recognized by society.The cultivation of exceptional principal leadership has also become a focal point for education reform in the United States.The Education Leadership Program at the Upper Valley College of Educators in the United States has been at the forefront of innovation and transformation in the field of education leadership development.It is not only one of the newly established graduate schools of education in the United States in the past decade,but also has a significant influence on the training and development of principals and educational leaders.Based on reflective internships,the Upper Valley College of Educators has established a network of educational practitioners,implemented practice-based action research courses,provided personalized support and academic services,and formed a principal development path that emphasizes leadership capabilities,practical outcomes,collaborative inquiry,and flexibility for ongoing development.This study has some implications for current reforms in educational leadership development in China.
