从当代立场审视,中国古代治国思想产生、存在于传统社会,既具有前现代性,又是中华文明的重要组成部分,具有明显的正面价值,同时,除了与特定历史阶段治国实践相联系的特殊性,也具有联通古今的共通性和反映一般规律的规律性。所以,在当代社会,古代治国思想既需要进行转化,也可以实现转化。转化不是古代治国思想变成现代治国思想,而是对古代治国思想的激活和资源化重用,更是当代思想理论认知的深化。转化需要在取向上完成从民本到民主、从稳定为主到稳定与发展并重、从单向度的独治到合作的共治的转换。此外,还需对部分要素进行代换,如将人性代换为人民性,对一些观念作出新的诠释,如重新诠释顺应自然、正与回正、自我约束与相互礼让等。

From the contemporary point of view,the thought of governing the country in ancient China came into being and existed in the traditional society,so it has pre-modernity.At the same time,it is an important part of Chinese civilization,so it has obvious positive value.The ancient Chinese thought of governing the country is related to the practice of governing the country in a specific historical stage,so it has certain particularity.However,it has the commonality of connecting ancient and modern,and has the regularity of reflecting the general law.Therefore,in contemporary society,the ancient thought of governing the country not only needs to be transformed,but also can be transformed.The transformation is not the transformation of ancient governing thought into modern governing thought.Transformation is the activation and reuse of the ancient thought of governing the country,and also the deepening of the cognition of contemporary ideological theory.Firstly,the transformation needs to change the orientation from people-oriented to democratic,from attaching importance to stability to both stability and development,and from one-dimensional independent governance to cooperative joint governance.Secondly,it is necessary to replace some elements,such as replacing the subject character with the people character.Finally,it is necessary to make new interpretations of some concepts,such as reinterpretation of conforming to nature,the right way and returning to the right way,self-restraint and mutual comity.
