脑垂体MRI检查对特发性矮小症和生长激素缺乏矮小症的鉴别诊断价值分析

摘要 目的 探讨脑垂体磁共振成像(MRI)检查对特发性矮小症和生长激素缺乏矮小症的鉴别诊断价值。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年12月我院收治的62例行脑垂体MRI检查的矮小症儿童,根据疾病类型分为特发性矮小症组和生长激素缺乏症组,比较两组的垂体大小、上缘形态、垂体信号异常情况。结果 特发性矮小症组的冠状宽径、冠状高径、矢状前后径均高于生长激素缺乏症组,凹陷型占比和垂体信号异常率均低于生长激素缺乏症组(P<0.05)。结论 特发性矮小症和生长激素缺乏矮小症患儿的垂体MRI特点存在明显差异,临床可根据垂体MRI影像学表现鉴别矮小症类型,指导临床治疗。 Objective To explore the value of pituitary magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination in the differential diagnosis of idiopathic short stature and growth hormone deficiency short stature.Methods 62 children with short stature who underwent pituitary MRI examination in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into idiopathic short stature group and growth hormone deficiency group according to the type of disease.The pituitary size,upper margin morphology and pituitary signal abnormalities were compared between the two groups.Results The coronal width diameter,coronal height diameter and sagittal anteroposterior diameter of the idiopathic short stature group were higher than those of the growth hormone deficiency group,and the proportion of concave type and the abnormal rate of pituitary signal were lower than those of the growth hormone deficiency group(P<0.05).Conclusions There are significant differences in pituitary MRI features between children with idiopathic short stature and growth hormone deficiency short stature.Clinically,the types of short stature can be identified according to pituitary MRI imaging findings to guide clinical treatment.
