冠心宁注射液联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果探讨

Discussion on the Clinical Effect of Guanxinning Injection Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的 探讨冠心宁注射液联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法 78例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组采用冠心宁注射液联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的总有效率为94.87%,显著高于对照组的76.92%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的LVEDD、 LVESD、心绞痛发作频率均显著低于对照组,心绞痛发作持续时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 冠心宁注射液联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果显著,可明显改善患者的心功能和心绞痛发作情况,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guanxinning injection combined with metoprolol in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 78 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with Guanxinning injection combined with metoprolol.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.87%,significantly higher than 76.92%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEDD,LVESD and frequency of angina pectoris attack in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the duration of angina pectoris attack was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Guanxinning injection combined with metoprolol in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease has significant effect and high safety,and can obviously improve the cardiac function and angina pectoris attack state of patients.
