双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合莫沙必利治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets Combined with Mosapride in the Treatment of Constipation-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的 探讨双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合莫沙必利治疗便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床效果。方法 80例便秘型IBS患者随机分为两组,对照组采用莫沙必利治疗,观察组采用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合莫沙必利治疗,比较两组的治疗效果和胃肠激素水平。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清生长抑素、血管活性肠肽水平均显著低于对照组,血清胃动素水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合莫沙必利治疗便秘型IBS的效果显著,能有效改善患者的胃肠激素水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets combined with mosapride in the treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods 80 patients with constipation-predominant IBS were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with mosapride,and the observation group was treated with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets combined with mosapride.The therapeutic effects and gastrointestinal hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.5%,significantly higher than 70.0%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum somatostatin and vasoactive intestinal peptide in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of serum motilin was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets combined with mosapride in the treatment of constipation-predominant IBS can achieve significant effect,and effectively improve the gastrointestinal hormone levels of patients.
