氨茶碱注射液联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗老年中重度支气管哮喘患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Aminophylline Injection Combined with Salmeterol Fluticasone in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Moderate to Severe Bronchial Asthma

目的 探讨氨茶碱注射液联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗老年中重度支气管哮喘(BA)患者的临床效果。方法 90例老年中重度BA患者随机分为两组,对照组给予沙美特罗替卡松治疗,研究组给予氨茶碱注射液联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果 治疗后,研究组的CRP水平低于对照组,总有效率、 ACT评分及FEV_(1)、 FVC、 FEV_(1)/FVC水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 氨茶碱注射液联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗老年中重度BA患者可下调炎性因子表达,改善肺功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of aminophylline injection combined with salmeterol fluticasone in the treatment of elderly patients with moderate to severe bronchial asthma(BA).Methods 90 elderly patients with moderate to severe BA were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with salmeterol fluticasone,and the study group was treated with aminophylline injection combined with salmeterol fluticasone.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the CRP level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate,ACT score,and levels of FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Aminophylline injection combined with salmeterol fluticasone in the treatment of elderly patients with moderate to severe BA can down-regulate the expressions of inflammatory factors and improve lung function.
