不同药物治疗精神分裂症的临床效果及对患者甲状腺激素水平的影响

Clinical Effects of Different Drugs in the Treatment of Schizophrenia and Their Impact on Thyroid Hormone Levels of Patients

目的探讨不同药物治疗精神分裂症的临床效果及对患者甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法60例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组各30例,A组采用阿立哌唑治疗,B组采用喹硫平治疗,比较两组治疗前后的简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分和甲状腺激素水平。结果治疗后,两组的BPRS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的T_(4)、T_(3)、FT_(4)、FT_(3)水平均低于治疗前,TSH水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05);B组的T_(4)、T_(3)、FT_(4)、FT_(3)水平均低于A组,TSH水平高于A组(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑、喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的效果相当,但均会影响患者的甲状腺功能,其中喹硫平对患者甲状腺激素水平的影响更大。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of different drugs in the treatment of schizophrenia and their impact on thyroid hormone levels of patients.Methods 60 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with aripiprazole,and group B was treated with quetiapine.The brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)scores and thyroid hormone levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the BPRS scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),while no statistical difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of T_(4),T_(3),FT_(4) and FT_(3) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of TSH were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);The levels of T_(4),T_(3),FT_(4) and FT_(3) in group B were lower than those in group A,and the level of TSH was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusions Aripiprazole and quetiapine have similar effects in the treatment of schizophrenia,but both of them will affect the thyroid function of patients.Among them,quetiapine has greater impact on thyroid hormone levels of patients.
