二羟丙茶碱联合盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Diprophylline Combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨二羟丙茶碱联合盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法70例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为两组,对照组给予二羟丙茶碱注射液治疗,试验组给予二羟丙茶碱注射液联合盐酸氨溴索治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、症状改善情况、血气指标和不良反应。结果治疗后,试验组的总有效率高于对照组,胸片好转时间、湿啰音消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组,pH值、PaO_(2)均高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二羟丙茶碱联合盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果显著,能够加快患者临床症状缓解,改善血气指标。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of diprophylline combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 70 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with diprophylline injection,and the experimental group was treated with diprophylline injection combined with ambroxol hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,blood gas indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the improvement time of chest X-ray,the disappearance time of wet rales and the hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,the pH value and PaO_(2) were higher than those of the control group,and PaCO_(2) was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Diprophylline combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has significant effect,which can accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms and improve blood gas indicators of patients.
