血清CEA、CA199、CA125、CYFRA211、AFP联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值分析

Analysis on the Diagnostic Value of Combined Detection of Serum CEA,CA199,CA125,CYFRA211 and AFP for Lung Cancer

目的分析血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199 (CA199)、糖类抗原125 (CA125)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA211)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值。方法 选取2020年8月至2022年9月我院收治的42例肺癌患者纳入研究组,同期40例健康者纳入对照组,比较两组的血清肿瘤标志物CEA、 CA199、 CA125、 CYFRA211、 AFP水平,分析肿瘤标志物单独及联合检测对肺癌的诊断效能。结果 研究组的血清CEA、 CA199、 CA125、 CYFRA211、 AFP水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示,血清CEA、 CA199、 CA125、 CYFRA211、 AFP联合检测诊断肺癌的AUC为0.917,高于各指标单独检测。结论 血清CEA、 CA199、 CA125、 CYFRA211、 AFP联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值较高。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA211)and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)for lung cancer.Methods 42 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study group,and 40 healthy people during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum tumor markers(CEA,CA199,CA125,CYFRA211 and AFP)were compared between the two groups,and the diagnostic efficacy of single and combined detection of serum tumor markers for lung cancer were analyzed.Results The levels of serum CEA,CA199,CA125,CYFRA211 and AFP in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUC of combined detection of serum CEA,CA199,CA125,CYFRA211 and AFP in the diagnosis of lung cancer was 0.917,higher than that of single detection of each index.Conclusions The combined detection of serum CEA,CA199,CA125,CYFRA211 and AFP has high diagnostic value for lung cancer.
