口腔正畸与牙周组织再生术联合治疗牙周炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Orthodontics Combined with Periodontal Tissue Regeneration in the Treatment of Periodontitis

目的 探讨口腔正畸与牙周组织再生术联合治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法 146例牙周炎患者随机分为两组,对照组采用牙周组织再生术治疗,观察组采用口腔正畸联合牙周组织再生术治疗,比较两组的牙龈疼痛程度、牙龈指标及龈沟液炎性因子水平。结果 治疗后3个月,两组的VAS评分及CRP、 IL-4、 IL-6、 GI、 PD、 SBI水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组的VAS评分及CRP、 IL-4、 IL-6、 GI、 PD、 SBI水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 口腔正畸与牙周组织再生术联合治疗牙周炎可有效缓解患者的疼痛反应,改善牙龈状况,降低龈沟液炎性因子水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of orthodontics combined with periodontal tissue regeneration in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods 146 patients with periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with periodontal tissue regeneration,and the observation group was treated with orthodontics combined with periodontal tissue regeneration.The gingival pain degree,gingival indicators and levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid were compared between the two groups.Results Three months after treatment,the VAS scores and the levels of CRP,IL-4,IL-6,GI,PD and SBI in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score and the levels of CRP,IL-4,IL-6,GI,PD and SBI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Orthodontics combined with periodontal tissue regeneration in the treatment of periodontitis can effectively relieve the pain response of patients,improve the gingival condition and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid.
