责任制护理在重症肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Responsibility System Nursing in the Nursing of Children with Severe Pneumonia

目的 探讨责任制护理在重症肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果。方法 70例重症肺炎患儿随机分为两组各35例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用责任制护理干预,比较两组的护理效果、并发症及护理满意度。结果 观察组的住院时间、每日所需护理时间、呼吸机使用时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为8.57%,低于对照组的25.71%(P<0.05)。观察组的家属护理满意度为97.14%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论 责任制护理在重症肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果显著,可有效促进患儿病情康复,降低并发症发生风险,提高家属满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of responsibility system nursing in the nursing of children with severe pneumonia.Methods 70 children with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received responsibility system nursing intervention.The nursing effect,complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time,daily nursing time and ventilator use time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.57%,lower than 25.71% in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of family members in the observation group was 97.14%,higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Responsibility system nursing has significant application effect in the nursing of children with severe pneumonia,which can effectively promote the recovery of children's condition,reduce the occurrence risk of complications and improve the satisfaction degree of family members.
