基于VTE评分的优质护理干预对高龄住院患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

Impact of High-Quality Nursing Intervention Based on VTE Score on Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs in Elderly Inpatients

目的 探讨基于VTE评分的优质护理干预对高龄住院患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的影响。方法 60例高龄住院患者按照入组顺序分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于VTE评分的优质护理干预。比较两组的下肢DVT发生率、凝血功能指标及下肢静脉血流速度。结果 干预后,观察组的下肢DVT发生率、 FIB水平均低于对照组,APTT、 PT、 TT均长于对照组,腘静脉、股静脉血流速度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于VTE评分的优质护理干预可改善高龄住院患者的凝血状态,加快下肢静脉血液循环,减少下肢DVT的发生。

Objective To explore the impact of high-quality nursing intervention based on VTE score on deep venous thrombosis(DVT) of lower limbs in elderly inpatients.Methods 60 elderly inpatients were divided into two groups according to the order of enrollment.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention based on VTE score.The incidence of lower limb DVT,coagulation function indicators and blood flow velocity of lower limb venous were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence of lower limbs DVT and the FIB level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,APTT,PT and TT were longer than those in the control group,and blood flow velocities of popliteal vein and femoral vein were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-quality nursing intervention based on VTE score can improve the coagulation status of elderly inpatients,accelerate the venous blood circulation of lower limbs,and reduce the occurrence of DVT of lower limbs.
