集束化护理在预防口腔癌术后下肢深静脉血栓中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Cluster Nursing in Preventing Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis After Oral Cancer Surgery

目的探讨集束化护理预防口腔癌术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法80例口腔癌患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用集束化护理,比较两组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率、不良情绪、股静脉流速。结果观察组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率2.50%,低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,股静脉峰值流速及平均流速均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理可减少口腔癌患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生,改善不良情绪,促进下肢血液循环。

Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing in the prevention of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after oral cancer surgery.Methods 80 patients with oral cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cluster nursing.The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,negative emotion and blood flow velocity of femoral vein were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was 2.50%,lower than 15.00% in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the peak velocity and average velocity of femoral vein were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cluster nursing can reduce the occurrence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with oral cancer after surgery,improve patients' negative emotion and promote the blood circulation of lower extremity.
