院前急救与院内救治智能手术网络系统在创伤患者救治中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Pre-Hospital First Aid and Intelligent Surgical Network System for In-Hospital Treatment in the Rescue of Trauma Patients

目的 探讨院前急救与院内救治智能手术网络系统(TPEITS)在创伤患者救治中的应用效果。方法 106例创伤患者根据干预方案的不同分为两组,对照组采用常规院前急救及院内救治,观察组采用院前急救与TPEITS,比较两组的抢救效果、并发症、满意度。结果 观察组的有效救治时间、住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 院前急救与TPEITS能够缩短创伤患者的有效救治时间及住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提高满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of pre-hospital first aid and intelligent surgical network system for in-hospital treatment(TPEITS)in the rescue of trauma patients.Methods 106 trauma patients were divided into two groups according to different intervention schemes.The control group was treated with routine pre-hospital first aid and in-hospital treatment,while the observation group was treated with pre-hospital first aid and TPEITS.The rescue effect,complications and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The effective treatment time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pre-hospital first aid and TPEITS can shorten the effective treatment time and hospitalization time of trauma patients,reduce the incidence of complications and improve satisfaction degree.
