综合护理干预对肾积水手术患儿的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Children with Hydronephrosis Surgery

目的 探讨综合护理干预在肾积水手术患儿中的应用效果。方法 110例肾积水手术患儿随机分为综合护理组(常规护理+综合护理干预)和对照组(常规护理),比较两组的围术期指标、依从性和并发症。结果 综合护理组的拔除腹膜后引流时间、术后拆线时间、拔除输尿管支架时间均显著短于对照组,总依从率显著高于对照组,并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预可提高肾积水手术患儿的依从性,减少术后并发症,缩短康复时间。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with hydronephrosis surgery.Methods 110 children with hydronephrosis surgery were randomly divided into the comprehensive nursing group(routine nursing+comprehensive nursing intervention)and the control group(routine nursing).The perioperative indicators,compliance and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The retroperitoneal drainage removal time,postoperative suture removal time and ureteral stent removal time in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the total compliance rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the compliance of children with hydronephrosis surgery,reduce postoperative complications and shorten the recovery time.
