预警管理在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Early Warning Management in Nursing of Neonatal Jaundice

目的 探讨预警管理在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果。方法 120例新生儿黄疸患儿按照护理方法的不同分为两组各60例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予预警管理,比较两组的病情恢复情况、胆红素水平以及不良事件发生率。结果 观察组的黄疸消失时间、胎便转黄时间、住院时间均短于对照组,护理后的总胆红素、间接胆红素水平均低于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 预警管理可加快新生儿黄疸患儿的症状消退,减少不良事件的发生,促进病情恢复。

Objective To explore the application effect of early warning management in nursing of neonatal jaundice.Methods 120 cases of neonatal jaundice were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given early warning management.The recovery of the disease,bilirubin level and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The jaundice disappearance time,meconium turning yellow time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin levels after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early warning management can accelerate the disappearance of symptoms in neonates with jaundice,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and promote the recovery of the disease.
