慢性肾脏病患者心律失常的研究进展

Research advances of arrhythmia in patients with chronic kidney disease

心血管疾病是慢性肾脏病患者病死的主要原因之一,心律失常在其中占相当大的比例。相较于一般人群,慢性肾脏病患者心律失常的病因更为复杂,治疗策略的制定更为棘手。本文主要就慢性肾脏病,尤其是终末期肾病患者心律失常的常见类型、发生的危险因素、病理生理机制及目前的治疗和预防策略做一综述。

Cardiovascular disease is one of the leading causes of mortality in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).And arrhythmias is a predominant symptom.As compared with the general population,the etiology of arrhythmias is more complex and formulating appropriate treatment strategies have remained problematic.This review summarized common types,risk factors,pathophysiological mechanisms and current managements of arrhythmia in CKD patients,especially those with end-stage renal disease.
